What Happens Next
Step 1- Acknowledgement
We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
Step 2 - Review
We will investigate the issue carefully and may contact you for additional information if needed.
Step 3 - Resolution
We aim to provide a response and proposed resolution within 10 working days wherever possible.
Depending on the nature of the issue, this may include:
- A replacement product
- A refund
- A partial refund
- Store credit (where agreed)
- Another appropriate resolution
