·       These Subscription Terms apply where you purchase products on a recurring subscription basis from www.nourishandthrive.uk

·       By placing a subscription order, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

·       These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

How Subscriptions Work

·       Subscriptions allow you to receive selected products automatically at the delivery frequency chosen during checkout.

·       Available delivery intervals may vary by product.

·       Your subscription will continue until cancelled by you or ended by us in accordance with these terms.

·       Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date

Payments

·       By starting a subscription, you authorise us (and our payment provider) to take recurring payments using your chosen payment method at each renewal date.

·       Prices shown at sign-up apply to the first subscription order unless otherwise stated.

·       Future subscription prices may change in line with pricing updates, promotions ending, supplier costs or product changes. We will give reasonable notice where required.

Dispatch & Delivery

·       Each subscription order will be processed shortly before your renewal date.

·       Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

Changes to Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription through your customer account (if available), or by contacting us.

Subject to reasonable notice, you may:

• pause your subscription
• skip an order
• change delivery frequency
• update address details
• update payment method
• cancel future renewals

Cancellation, Cooling-Off & Renewal Rights.

Easy Cancellation

·       We aim to make cancellations simple and straightforward.

·       If you joined online, you will be able to cancel online or by contacting customer support.

Initial 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

·       When you first start a subscription, you may cancel within 14 days of entering the subscription agreement.

·       Where products have already been dispatched or supplied during that period, we may make an appropriate deduction or charge for goods already provided, in line with applicable consumer law.

·       Cancellations requested after a renewal payment has been processed may apply to the following renewal period unless otherwise required by law.

·       Any refund due will be made to your original payment method.

Renewal Cooling-Off Period (12-Month+ Renewals / Trials)

Where required by law, if:

• a free trial converts into a paid subscription, or
• a discounted trial converts into a paid subscription, or
• your subscription automatically renews for a further term of 12 months or longer

you will have a further 14-day cooling-off period from the renewal date to cancel.

·       Where products or services have already been supplied during that renewal period, we may issue a full or proportionate refund as required by applicable law.

Reminder Notices

Where required by law, we will provide clear reminder notices before:

• a free or discounted trial ends
• a long-term subscription renews
• material subscription changes take effect

Notices may be sent by email or displayed in your customer account.

 Failed Payments

·       If a payment fails, we may retry the payment or contact you to update your payment details.

·       We may pause or cancel subscriptions with unresolved payment issues.

 Product Changes / Availability

·       We may change, suspend or discontinue subscription products at any time.

·       If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may contact you with alternatives or cancel that subscription.

Our Right to End Subscriptions

·       We may suspend or cancel subscriptions where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse, repeated failed payments, abuse of promotions, or breach of our terms.

Influencer / Affiliate Terms

·       These terms apply to any creator, influencer, affiliate, ambassador or partner promoting Nourish & Thrive or GLPhealth products.

·       These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Relationship

·       Nothing in this agreement creates employment, partnership or agency between you and us.

·       You act as an independent contractor.

Brand Guidelines

·       You agree to represent our brand honestly, professionally and in line with our brand values.

·       We may request reasonable edits or removal of content that is inaccurate, misleading, offensive or non-compliant.

·       All trademarks, logos, branding, product images, and marketing materials remain our intellectual property

Advertising Compliance

You must comply with all applicable laws, platform rules and advertising guidance, including ASA/CAP guidance in the UK and any applicable advertising disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction.

This includes clearly disclosing paid or gifted collaborations using labels such as:

• #ad
• #gifted
• Paid Partnership tools where available

Health & Product Claims

You must not make misleading, exaggerated or unauthorised claims about our products.

You must not claim products:

• cure disease
• guarantee weight loss
• replace medication
• treat medical conditions
• deliver guaranteed results

Only approved wording or authorised nutrition and health claims supplied or approved by us may be used.

Content Usage Rights

·       Unless otherwise agreed, content you create remains yours.

·       However, by working with us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to repost, share, edit, resize and use approved campaign content for marketing purposes across our website, email, social media and paid advertising.

·       You agree not to post content that is unlawful, discriminatory, offensive, defamatory, or likely to damage the reputation of our brand.

 Payments / Commission

·       Where commission or fees apply, payment terms will be agreed in writing.

·       We may withhold payment for fraudulent activity, fake traffic, self-referrals or breach of these terms.

Confidentiality

·       Any confidential commercial information shared with you must not be disclosed without permission.

Termination

·       We may end a partnership immediately where there is misconduct, reputational risk, misleading claims, fraud, unlawful activity or breach of these terms.

Reseller Enforcement Policy

·       Products are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

·       No person or business may resell, redistribute or market our products without prior written authorisation.

Unauthorised Resellers

Unauthorised sellers may not:

• use our trade marks
• use our product images
• copy product descriptions
• imply affiliation with us
• sell expired, altered or repackaged products
• sell products on marketplaces without permission

Product Integrity

·       Due to the ingestible nature of supplements, storage and handling standards matter.

·       We cannot verify products sold by unauthorised sellers and do not guarantee their authenticity, quality or safety.

Enforcement Actions

We reserve the right to:

• cancel suspicious orders
• limit quantities
• issue cease and desist notices
• report marketplace listings
• enforce intellectual property rights
• pursue legal remedies

·       Only products purchased directly from Nourish & Thrive or approved authorised partners are eligible for our customer support, guarantees, and returns processes.
