Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with your UK consumer cancellation rights.
At Nourish and Thrive, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something is not right, we will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition
- Any seals or protective packaging must remain intact
- Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened supplements
- Used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Perishable items (where applicable)
- Gift cards (where applicable)
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs where relevant
- Return to - Millennium House, 49a High Street, Yarm, TS15 9BH
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- A replacement product
- A refund
- A partial refund
- Credit note(where agreed)
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method, depending on your payment provider.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
